A rich, umami-packed butter perfect for fish, vegetables, and more

Ingredients

¾ oz dried porcini mushrooms
3 teaspoons soy sauce
¾ teaspoon sugar
½ cup softened butter

Instructions
Place dried porcini mushrooms in a small saucepan and cover with water.
Add soy sauce and sugar.

Simmer gently for about 20 minutes.
Let the mixture cool slightly.
Transfer to a blender and purée until smooth.
Mix the porcini purée into the softened butter until fully combined.
Refrigerate until firm.

How to Use
Melt over grilled or baked fish
Toss with roasted vegetables
Spread on warm bread

Finish a steak or pasta for a deep mushroom flavor
